Arthroscopic Bankart Repair Recovery:

1-4 weeks:

• Shoulder immobiliser

• Active elbow and wrist movements.

• Flexion and abduction upto 90degrees

• No active internal rotations

5-8 weeks:

• Remove immobilizer

• Start strengthening exercises to shoulder under the guidance of physiotherapist.
